KISS army Deputized, ordered to hunt down Justin Bieber

In one of his first Executive Orders after the state of the union address President Obama has Deputized the KISS army. Using powers based on common law practice known as Posse Comitatus the president is calling on citizens to track down Bieber.

This announcement comes on the heels of over 100,000 people signing a petition to deport Bieber. That petition was posted soon after the pop star was arrested on a DUI charge. Bieber is also suspect in a felony Criminal Damage to Property case stemming from his neighbors house being egged.

In addition Bieber is facing criminal charges in his home country of Canada. Bieber earlier in the week turned himself into police in a case involving the beating of a limo driver.

In his address to the press Mr. Obama explained how this decision was made.

“The American people have spoken. Justin Bieber is not welcome in the US anymore. Our Law Enforcement officers are already busy enough. There is no reason to burden them with tracking down some 19-year-old brat. The Posse Comitatus Act precludes the US military from taking this action. But under the old Common Law instance of forming a Posse, a group like the KISS Army makes perfect since.”

The President went on to explain how diehard rock fans are the perfect force to track down a pop performer. KISS fans having banded together into the KISS Army makes for a pre-organized Posse that covers the entire nation.

Donald Mann a local KISS fan club chapter president had this to say about the announcement.

“I think I can safely speak for every member of the KISS Army by saying we are honored for this opportunity to serve our country. If he slips back into the country we will find him and ship him back to Canada.”

Spokespeople for Justine Bieber would not respond to calls or emails from CallTheCops.
