Just weeks after a federal judge ordered the NYPD to end the stop and frisk program, a new “nicer” approach will be unveiled Monday morning. A high ranking confidential source within the NYPD has confirmed the details and even the pilot programs new name. A spike in crime has prompted the Nypd to adopt this new program and be proactive.
The new program with be named “Kindly please come here and let us give you high five’s all over your body”. If agreed upon by the intended recipient the civilian will be given 14 minutes to read a 132 page bill of one’s rights and have to sign in 7 places and initial in 3, also the newest set of police recruits will now be trained and given notary publics licensing.John Smith here on vacation with his family from Iowa agrees and likes the idea of unarmed NYC Residents, “ I like knowing only the cops and himself are armed, he then showed us his carry permit”.
