Arrest warrant issued for Al Gore for theft of Nobel Prize

Al Gore won a Nobel Prize for his work on bringing attention to global warming with the documentary film An Inconvenient Truth. With temperatures at record lows across the US the Inconvenient truth is that it is deathly cold out, not warming.

Officials from the Nobel Prize Committee in Oslo Norway admit that in the years after giving Gore the Nobel Prize temperatures have not seemed to be rising. Dr. Kolbrun Muggerude had this to say.

“We issue the Nobel Prizes both here in Norway and in Sweden. Both northern climates, with people who would be happy with a bit of global warming. But so far our average temperatures and snowfall amounts have been on par with past average temperatures. Meaning it is still cold here and the fjords still fill with ice.”

Local authorities started to question the issue of global warming over the past few winters. Massive blizzards that take on nicknames like Snowmageddon, Snowpocalypse, and Snowzilla have all smashed into the northern US.

This year a massive chill has hit the US. Much of the northern US is under an cold adversary due to temperatures well below zero and wind chills that will drop to below negative 60F. From Escanaba, MN to Des Moines, IA, schools were canceled due to frigid temperatures.

An intern working for Gore gave this statement.

“Mr. Gore, stands by the global warming community. The fact is that warming is a rebound effect situation. First it has to get real real real real real real real cold, before it can get very very very very hot. Just wait it will happen. Maybe not this year and maybe not next year, but some year here at sometime the polar ice caps will be gone.”

Dr. Muggerude does not see it that way.

“It is cold. I have friends in US who can’t get their cars to start it is so cold. Schools are closed because it is too dangerous to have kids walk to school. In some parts of the US people are getting frostbite by just being outside for under a minute. I am sorry but the inconvenient truth is that we had a Nobel Prize stolen from us and we have the cops out looking to catch the thief.”

Representatives for Mr. Gore were not willing to talk about if he would be surrendering to police. At the time of press he is still walking free.
