Ghost of Sir Robert Peel Appears to Police officers, Tells cops to be better!

Sir Robert Peel is regarded as the father of the modern police department. In 1829 Sir Robert Peel was instrumental in the formation of the London Metropolitan Police. The policing ideals Peel put forward are still the model for police departments today. But it seems the legacy of Sir Robert Peel is in jeopardy, which has awakened his ghost.

News reports in the last few weeks has had police officers painted in poor light. Officers arresting firefighters, SWAT teams being used for calls they are not intended to, and the ever present viral videos of excessive force issues. Spend five minutes on Facebook and you will likely see an anti police posting of some kind.

Officer Walter Peck contacted CallTheCops with a story out of this world.

“Last night we were out on patrol in a two person car. Suddenly there was this voice. I assumed it was dispatch but it was not. It was saying the same thing over and over…’recognize always that the power of the police to fulfill their functions and duties is dependent on public approval of their existence, actions and behavior and on their ability to secure and maintain public respect’. But then my partner realized the voice was repeating one of the Peel’s principals.”

Peel’s principals are nine tenets or general instructions on how to be a professional police officer.

Soon after the Email from Officer Peck, Deputy Pete Gozer contacted us. Deputy Gozer also had a supernatural experience related to Sir Robert Peel.

“I was running RADAR and then this voice came from the back seat. It kept saying the same thing over and over. ‘The public and that the public are the police, the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full time attention to duties which are incumbent on every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence’. I looked back there and did not see anyone there. When I typed the words into Google they came back to Peel… a shiver went down my spine.”

Others also contacted us but were not willing to go on the record. Officers and Deputies from all over the USA reported a disembodied voice repeating one of Peel’s Principles. Professional Paranormal Investigator Ray Stantz told us this is classic Astral Instruction.

“Well known experts in their field who have passed one can see how things are going in our plane of existence. They don’t have the bond to this world to truly be a Ghost… but they can influence people on this plane. Typically Astral Instruction is a voice giving a lecture or a quote. Something simple but yet important enough that the message recipient will head the warning.”

When CallTheCops staff followed up with the LEOs who reported these ghostly voices they all replied the same way. The general consensus was that cops needed a reminder of Peel’s principles and the heart of what being a Law Enforcement Officer is all about.
