Spike is a cable television station that focuses on a mostly male demographic. Recently Spike became the channel to air the new episodes of COPs. Previously Spike had been airing re-runs of COPs. The male audience and the strong connection to police reality TV made this new show an easy sell for the network.

Like many other reality shows this one follows the exploits of a group of people. This one follow six young women, some of whom were already friends, as they work, socialize and go out partying. Below is a breakdown of the six cast members.

Jen: Recent college graduate with a business degree. Works at a bank as a teller.

Kelly: A successful interior designer who runs her own local business. Has an aspiration of one day getting her own decorating TV show on a cable channel like HGTV.

Jessica: College student and professional bar tender. Does not like to drink so works behind the bar as an excuse to still be at the club without heavy drinking. Currently works at popular “Cop Bar” where much of the show takes place.

Olivia: Roommate to Jessica and also a college student. Works for a company called Passion Parties, an in-home business that sells sex toys to house wives via social gatherings in people’s houses.

Christina: A graduate student at Northwestern. Driven to become a successful woman hoping to land a “trophy husband in uniform” to be eye candy on her arm.

Elisabeth: An aspiring model that works at a coffee shop till she is discovered. Has been featured in a number of advertisements appearing locally to the Midwest and been cast as an extra in a few movies filmed in the greater Chicago area.

The show is scheduled to primer in the spring of 2014. No word yet on the day of the week and time. Filming is currently underway. Sources close to the production ensure us that this show will have plenty of drama, and along with lots of visual stimulations.

Producers are already scouting other cities for spin-off series. If successful this could be a nice franchise showcasing the life of badge bunnies in many cities.
